iPhone international: Apple schedules iPhone workshop in Canada; O2 scraps limited-unlimited data

Apple's website also lists an iPhone workshop at Toronto's Eaton Centre on Saturday November 3rd. So I imagine that these schedules were planned months ago. And, more interestingly perhaps, the "inaccurate" Apple Store workshop schedule shows how much Apple EXPECTED to be selling the iPhone in Canada by now. What's the problem here? Is the delay likely due to the iPhone trademark dispute or to Rogers Wireless?
The wait continues ......
