If you can demonstrate that you use the data features on a regular basis, and that these changes will impact you, you can get out of your contract without penalty. While I do not work for Verizon, having at least one bill showing that you exceeded the new 5GB barrier in the past 6 months should probably do it.

Is this a breach of contract? Meaning... can I get out of my contract early without penalty because of this!? This blows!

Ron - If you really do download that much, they would probably be happy to let you go.
