Yes Samo you can call any skypeuser, its shows who is online and who isnt.

@Dias - the ten pounds you have to recharge with each month you just use for normal mobile calls, the skype calls are always free.

I'm in Hong Kong so great to read we get them soon. I've been waiting for someone to bring out a phone like this.
