That's exactly what I was going to say. How can some ad advertising for "Apple iPod 16Gb" with a picture of an iPhone be trusted? Is it an advertisement for the iPod or the iPhone? Or perhaps it's just some sort of joke made by an Apple fan or hater?

Yup. According to my neighbor who works at T-Mobile Germany head office as a legal bod, its not true.
