We've linked to the direct AT&T survey. Also, one of our writers received the same invitation to complete the survey from AT&T.

It *could* be a fake (and if so, we'll update), but the current evidence says this is real.

I took the survey earlier and I noticed the same option. It was definitely present in my survey.
