Of course people in Apple's forums are happy. If you haven't been around long enough to notice then I have to inform you that Apple's people routinely remove posts they feel don't belong there. Many of those removed posts are criticizing Apple.
My post has nothing to do with iPhone, and I have no idea about Apple's policy at the moment in their user forums. I'm just saying what I've seen during the years.
I think it's not accurate counting satisfied/unsatisfied users using the forum. Satisfied users usually do not feel obliged to post how happy they are about their new phone. While the ones that has problems usually post their issues on the forum.
Oh, what bullshit. The fact is those forums are full of UNHAPPY apple users. If you went solely by the Apple Discussion forums, you'd think every single user had a broken wi-fi connection, lost all their songs on iTunes, had stained handrests on their Macbooks, and every product was defective. The fact is MOST people who go to those Apple Discussion forums go BECAUSE they have problems. Its rare to see people just visiting to praise a product, in any of the forums.

Apple stopped moderating forums some time ago.
