Rel 0 devices are not upgradable to Rev A speeds. It requires a different baseband chip.

Hmm, see thats weird because every evdo rev 0 device on sprints network is currently running on rev a if they are in area, because they upgraded their entire network, all of my phones show the speed increase. so we must just be in a downward spiraling black hole of impossibility....... but id think it would be darker..
