Well, I agree with mabs. If this thing turns out to be at least okay-looking, lightweight and small I'll probably pick one up as long as the price is reasonable.
As much as I love the V3, I have to admit that it probably has the worst text editor I have ever seen. I don't really mind carrying another device since I don't plan on stuffing this thing in my pockets. I suppose it could be a nice-to-have gadget when you're in a meeting or something and can't use the phone.
I think in the end it'll come down to how much exactly they're charging for this thing since it's nice-to-have and all, but pretty much useless (most people who are into texting already own QWERTY phones, however flawed they might be, or just use Sidekicks).
